Big KoruIn this gentle yoga class we will practice breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and gentle stretching to connect to ourselves with more love and acceptance. We will use our time on the mat to cultivate a deeper sense of ourselves and how to interact with our physical forms with less judgment and more kindness. This series of 10 classes is designed for people with bigger or curvier bodies. Poses are offered with different variations to create a yoga practice that is nurturing and soothing to bodies of all shapes and sizes.

This series is a good fit for people new to yoga and those that already have a gentle practice. All classes will be closed series to provide safety and continuity to students. Please sign up via email in advance.
