Sharon Kepley, the UNC Eating Disorders Program Administrator, was recently awarded a Clinical Staff Department Merit Award at the 2012 UNC Department of Psychiatry Staff Appreciation event earlier this month.

Over 160 faculty and staff attended this event to recognize and support the many staff members in the Department of Psychiatry. Prizes and gift cards were raffled throughout the event, state service milestones were recognized for 49 departmental staff members, and 17 awards were presented.

Sharon was selected for this Clinical Staff award based on her continuous availability to assist with various projects, her ability to keep everyone on task, her extreme knowledge and organization, and her ability to work well with everyone she interacts with on a daily basis.

We are so appreciative of all that Sharon does for the Eating Disorders Program and are excited that she has received this departmental recognition.
