Each recipient receives a monetary award of a $1000 along with a plaque.
We are excited to announce that the UNC Eating Disorder Program’s own Dr. Jessica Baker is a 2012 awardee! Dr. Baker received her BS in Psychology from Michigan State University and her MS and PhD in Clinical Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her research focuses on genetic and biological risk factors for eating disorders, developmental change and sex-differences in the risk for eating disorders, and comorbidity of eating and substance use disorders. Congrats Jessica!
