Lace up your shoes and join the triangle community in the fight against eating disorders!

This Sunday, April 3rd, marks the first annual National Eating Disorder Association walk in Raleigh, NC! NEDA Walks, which began in 2009 during NEDAwarness week, are safe and friendly community fundraisers helping to support individuals and families affected by an eating disorder. These events are non-competitive and allow registrants to participate in whatever capacity they feel is appropriate for them!

This weeks NEDA Walk will be held at Meredith College with registration beginning at 8:00am and the walk at 9:00am. The registration fee is $20.00 for adults ($25 at the door) and $10 for children and goes to an outstanding cause! You can register as a walker, donate to the event, and even set up your own team at  http://neda.nationaleatingdisorders.org/site/TR?fr_id=1300&pg=entry. This is a great opportunity to unite the triangle community in raising awareness and fighting against eating disorders! I will be there and I hope to see you as well on Sunday morning!
